What Is the Expedition?
The Expedition is the core of this site—a step-by-step journey through the biblical worldview.
Each essay builds on the last, exploring what’s true, what’s right, and what’s good—according to the God who made us. It’s not a devotional or a blog. It’s a systematic approach to discipleship, written for those who are being drawn by the Holy Spirit and want to understand what it really means to follow Christ.
This isn’t about quick answers. It’s about clarity, truth, and the kind of love that changes everything. If you’re ready to think deeply and walk faithfully—one step at a time—welcome to the expedition.

Welcome to the Expedition
• This is a journey, not just a study.
Each step is designed to help you discover truth, test your beliefs, and grow in your understanding of God’s plan.
• Every essay is called a “Step.”
Like a trail map, each one builds on the last and points toward the next. The numbering system helps you follow the path in order.
• The Expedition is divided into eight major Parts.
Each Part tackles a foundational theme—starting with God’s plan, truth, and worldview, then moving into Scripture, redemption, discipleship, and the final hope of glory.
• Start at the beginning—even if you’re further down the road.
Step 1.05 lays the foundation. It asks the question that every other Step depends on: Why are we here?
• This is not a devotional.
It’s an expedition. The terrain may get steep at times, but every concept builds toward clarity and conviction.
• Scripture is the authority. Logic is the tool. The Holy Spirit is the guide.
This project doesn’t shy away from hard questions or cultural tension. It invites them.
• You’ll find structure, not slogans.
Each Step includes a focused essay, key points, questions to consider, and a link to the next Step—like waypoints on a map.
• This isn’t about being clever. It’s about being clear.
You’re not here to be impressed. You’re here to be grounded in what’s true.
• Come ready to think. Come ready to walk.
The only requirement is a sincere desire to know the truth—and to follow wherever it leads.
• Study Guides are Available
